Property
Management
The monthly property management is charged on the size of your property and the service you want.
Starting at €250/Month HT.
Assistant Service
An hourly rate of €120/hour HT for all administrative duties with a minimum of 15 minutes charged.
Concierge Service
The concierge service is all taxis, restaurants, villas, anything to do with your holiday! This is charged on an hourly rate with a 15 minute minimum charge. €85/hour HT
Suppliers
Supplier charges and quality of work vary drastically and that's why I am here! A lawyer or notaire can charge €300-600/Hour and a cleaner between €15 to €80/Hour. I will get quotes for you.
