A routine inspection of your property is the baseline of our services. This is a visual inspection of your Home Interior, Exterior grounds, Garages and storage units. 

These routine visits can help prevent costly damages, prevent break ins and lower the risk of damage to your home.

  • Check for any signs of water leaks, forced entry, vandalism, rodents, unusual smells or noises. 

  • Check the Ac/Heating system is functioning 

  • Check Fridge Freezer are functional

  • Check Electrical Panel for tripped breakers

  • Check lights

  • Flush toilets

  • Check furniture for damage

  • Check all windows and doors are secured

  • Check Alarm system

  • Check the mail and forward

  • Walk through the grounds

  • Visual inspection of doors, windows, guttering, roof, terraces

  • Check the pool/spa levels and listen for pump

  • Check gate is operational 

  • Check lights

  • Check furniture is secured and covered

Seasonal Preparation

Pre Season and Pre Arrival Preparations

  • Manage cleaners

  • Manage any small repair works (ie plumbing, electrics

  • Interior set up with your linens and towels, your preferred flowers and all the way to your favourite air diffusers

  • Exterior set up of furniture

  • Pool maintenance and gardener management

​Post Seasonal Preparations (if used seasonally)

  • Manage deep clean

  • Ensure fridges/freezers and pantry are empty, cleaned. Turn off as and when required.

  • Place all exterior cushions/furniture in suitable storage area/inside.

  • Cover all furniture 

  • Close all curtains/shutters

  • Set thermostat/AC/Ventilation

  • Check all doors and windows are securely closed
